As a licensed counselor working in the field for over 10 years, I have supported a variety of individuals and families, with the use of effective clinical interventions and personal guidance as they navigate through the storms of life. I will tirelessly work to join you on your road to recovery through individual, family, or couple’s counseling.

I am a graduate from a Christian Seminary and utilize spiritual as well as mindful interventions in creating a harmonious counseling relationship. In addition, I am a Licensed Practitioner of Trust Based Relational Intervention, and I have worked with numerous families who have fostered or adopted children with special needs and/or traumatic histories.

My therapeutic approach is genuine, sincere, and down-to-earth. I enjoy the humor found in life but also take time to appreciate the sacredness of the moment. I utilize an interactive style when I engage with individuals and families as I advocate for hope and change.
